Q: What happens if my application is denied?

A: We'll provide specific feedback on areas for improvement and you can reapply after addressing those items. We can even find Contractors that you can work with until you gather experience, if this suits you.

Q: Can I apply if I'm a new business?

A: We require minimum 2 years of industry experience, but this can include experience as an employee before starting your own business.

Q: Is there an application fee?

A: No, the application process is completely free with no upfront costs.

Q: What if I don't have all the required documents?

A: You can save your application and return to complete it when you have all documents ready.

A: Once approved, you'll receive notifications for projects matching your skills, location, and capacity through our platform. You can bid on opportunities or accept direct assignments based on your preferences.

Q: Are projects guaranteed?

A: While we can't guarantee specific projects, our contractors typically see consistent opportunities. Project availability depends on your location, services offered, and market demand in your area.

Q: What types of projects are available?

A: Projects range from residential repairs and renovations to large commercial contracts and government projects. Size typically ranges from $1,000 to $500,000+ depending on your capabilities and preferences.

Q: Can I choose which projects to accept?

A: Yes, you have complete control over which projects you accept. You can review project details, client information, and requirements before deciding to bid or accept. Once accepted you must complete them or risk losing future contract opportunities. Some contracts are on an ongoing basis, depending on the terms and conditions. 

Q: How do I get paid?

A: We handle all payment processing. After project completion and client approval, payments are processed through our system typically within 15-30 days, faster than industry standard.

A: Our fee structure varies based on project type and size. All fees are clearly disclosed before you accept any project - no surprises or hidden costs.

Q: What if a client doesn't pay?

A: We provide payment protection and handle all collection issues. Our contract management and client pre-qualification process significantly reduces payment problems. However, there are penalties for poor performance or incomplete work. They often depend on the contract stipulations from our vendors. All penalties and or reworks are disclosed in all contracts.

A: It Depends, Some vendors may require you use our business systems.  If not, you can continue using tools you're comfortable with while benefiting from our additional support services.
